Game created as part of my Rapid Games Prototyping coursework (Theme 3 - Building A Collection).
Made in p5.js within 2 days.
About
- Web-playable toy.
- Boids flocking simulation that you can play with.
- Focused on capturing 'spawners' to improve the collection of boids that make up your flock.
- Boids that are crashed into die.
- Spawners must be clear of the native boids to be captured.
Controls
- Game is intended to be played with mouse only.
- Left click to place marker for the 'motherboid' to move to.
- Middle click to pan camera.
- Scroll wheel to zoom camera.
- Grave/tilde/` to show debug Quadtree view. (Little bit broken on itch)

- Produced in JavaScript (Regrettably -- optimizations were annoying) using the web Processing library (p5.js)
